Low Carb Cheesy Hamburger Steak Soup

Ingredients

Directions
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef. When the beef starts to brown, add the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Saute about 10 minutes. Stir in the broth. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook, whisking constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the milk and whisk until smooth, scraping the bottom of the pan. Add the milk mixture to the soup and bring to a boil Reduce to a simmer. Add the cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until the cheese is melted.
