Ingredients:1-pound package frozen meatballs4 potatoes, peeled and slicedturnipscelerycabbagemushrooms1 onion, chopped, if desired3 (14 oz). can ready to serve beef broth1 cup water1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper12 oz. can evaporated milk3 Tbsp. cornstarchPreparation:Put all ingredients except evaporated milk and cornstarch in a 4-5 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low 9-11 hours. Mix evaporated milk and cornstarch; add during last hour and cook until thoroughly heated and thickened. 4-6 servingsIf you have a new hotter cooking crockpot cook on low for 6-8 hours.
