5 chicken breast-no skin, no boneBalsamic Vinegar- 1/2 cupSugar Free Syrup-1/4 cupGarlic-2-3 cloves crushedRosemary-season as you likeSpice to season
Directions
Marinade chicken in the vinegar/syrup mixture with spice for 1+ hours.
Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until done.
