Ingredients
1/2 medium head of cabbage, red or green, shredded1/2 red bell pepper, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1/2 cup vanilla soy yogurtjuice of 1/2 limesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Toss veggies in a large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add sauce to veggies. Makes 4 3/4-cupservings.
