Healthy Peanut Butter Krunch

Ingredients
1/2 cup honey1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup Stevia in the Raw1/2 cup natural (no sugar added) peanut butter1 tsp vanilla2 cups crispy rice cereal1 1/2 cups organic quick oats1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Bring honey, brown sugar and Stevia to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Pour this mixture on to the rolled oats and rice cereal; mix until coated. If using chocolate chips, add to this mixture. Press firmly into an 8 x 8 pan. Allow to cool completely; cut into 12 rectangle bars. Store competely covered; seperate layers with wax paper.
