Cornmeal oatmeal biscotti

Ingredients
In large bowl combine flour, oatmeal, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat eggs and add vanilla add to dry ingredients, add melted butter and stir well. Now add chopped walnuts and combine well. Pour out onto floured board and divide in half. Roll out to 13 inch rolls and place on Silpat on cookie sheet. Bake at 350' for 25 min. Cool on rack 10 min. Leave oven on. With bread knife cut logs diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange cut side down on cookie sheet, bake 6 - 8 min. Till crisp.
