Simple Pork lo Mein

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil1 pound Boneless Pork loin Chops1 Bottle La Choy Stirfry Teriyaki Sauce1 box Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti NoodlesCarrots, raw, 1 cup, JulliannedPeas, frozen, 1 cup
Directions
Cook Spaghetti lust to firm texture
Cut 1 pound pork loin chops into thin strips
Place pork, carrots and peas in a preheated large skillet with olive oil, allow to cook until carrots are soft
Add stirfry sauce to skillet
allow to cook down to thicken the sauce, then add noodles and fry to desired texture

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3 cup servings
