Ingredients
* White Flour, 0.5 cup * Oatmeal, .5 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Margarine 2 TBSP * Applesauce, 2 tBSP * Salt, .5 tsp * Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp * MILK .5 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

Over medium heat, flip pancakes until cooked.

Makes about 5 pancakes-- perfect for two people... tastes AMAZING with sliced bananas on top/mashed inside. :) Enjoy!

    This came out a little on the dry side and I had to add some water to thin the batter, but they tasted great (my picky husband liked them) topped with sliced bananas with a little maple syrup on the side for dipping. Also I added a tsp of cinnamon to the batter. - 2/17/08
