Cheese and Chicken stuffed shells

12 jumbo pasta shells1 1/2 cup pasta sauce2 large egg whites1 1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese4 oz. diced cooked chicken breast1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained2 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp chopped basil3/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese shredded1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Cook according to package. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce on bottom of the pan.
In a bowl combine egg whites, ricotta, chicken spinach, all seasonings, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, and all parmesan cheese.
Fill each shell with mixture and place filled shells in the baking dish. Spread remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
