Ingredients
1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil1/4 C. Bellpepper Strips 1 clove garlic, minced1/4 C. Onion, sliced thinly4 oz. Lean Leftover steak, thinly sliced (I used NY Strip)1/4 to 1/2 Tsp Pampered Chef Southwestern SeasoningCarb Balance TortillasPace PicanteSour CreamReduced Fat Shredded Cheese
Directions
Slice onion and bell pepper. Mince garlic. Slice meat. Saute bellpepper and onion in oil. Add garlic, meat & seasoning. Saute until hot.

Warm tortillas and serve.
