Gnocchi with bacon

Ingredients
1 package gnocchi (16oz)3 slices bacon chopped1/2 cup onion chopped1 can diced tomato (mine had basil and garlic)1 can white beans rinsed and drained4 tbs parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions
Brown bacon and drain fat, add onions and cook until lightly browned. add beans and tomatos, I seasoned with more basil and garlic to taste.
meanwhie, cook gnocchi according to package directions.
drain and combine. garnish with parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: Should get at least 4 servings of about a cup and a half
