Ingredients
20 oz chicken breast, cubed1/4 cup onion, chopped1 cup carrot, slivered1/2 cup zuchini, sliced1/2 cup summer squash, sliced1 can bamboo shoots1 can water chestnuts1 15 oz can baby cornIn the bottom of a large wok, cook chicken.Add carrots and onions. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 min.Add rest of vegetables except broccoli. Stir and cover. Cook 5 Min.Add broccoli. Cover and Steam 5 min.Meanwhile Combine:6 oz pineapple juice3 T concentrated OJ1 T Lemon juice2 T soy sauce2T white vinegar2T olive oil1 T corn starch1t ground Ginger1T nutrese sweetener1t garlic powderin a sauce pan. Stir until corn starch is dissolved. Stir over Medium heat until sauce thickens.Pour sauce over vegetable mixture.Add 1 can pineapple chunksStir well
