Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
2 large eggs1/2 cup rolled oats1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese 1 TBS Stevia in the Raw1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Heat a pan on medium heat; spray with non-stick spray. Portion three pancakes into pan and cook on side one until they start to bubble. Flip and cook until done (about 3 minutes per side).
