Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey, Lean1 Medium Onion, Chopped2 Cloves Garlic, Minced1 Can (15oz) Stewed Tomatoes1 Can (10oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis2 Cups Tomato Sauce1 Pack (10oz) Mushrooms, Chopped1 Tbsp Chili Powder1/2 Tsp Black Pepper1/2 Tsp Cumin1/2 Tsp Creole Seasoning (Tony Chachere's)Chipotle Chile Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Brown the ground turkey and chopped onion in a saucepan.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and simmer for 25 minutes.

    I really enjoyed this recipe. I plan on continuing to make it beyond the diet, added a can of black beans rinsed for cycle 2 of the diet, made it even better. - 2/9/15
