Ingredients
8 cups diced potatoes8 cups water2 8 oz blocks of 1/3 less fat cream cheese6 chicken bouillon cubes3 Tbsp Country Crock light butter2 tsp dried parsley3 Tbsp onion flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot, cook on medium heat for an hour, stirring occasionally. Mash potatoes after an hour
