Buffalo Chicken Nugget Bites

Ingredients
Chicken breast, fresh, 8 ozAlmond flour, .25 cupCondiments - Frank's Redhot Wing Sauce, 3 tbspBlue cheese crumble 1/4 cup, 1 servingGarlic (to taste)Salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)
Directions
1. Stir almond flour and buffalo sauce together in a small dish. Mixing thoroughly. Set aside
2. Cut chicken breast into cubes (12-15 pieces)
3. Add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to pan.
4. Add chicken cubes to hot pan. While cooking, season with garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste.
5. When chicken is about 1/2 cooked, turn over and immediately pour the almond flour/buffalo sauce over the top of chicken
6. Let cook for a couple of more minutes
7. Add a little more buffalo sauce (enough to cover chicken) and fold chicken and sauce together.
8. When cooked through, scoop onto plate. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and bacon over the top.
Serve with a side of celery.
