16 0z beef round steak1tsp salt3 medium whole tomatoes1 onion1.5 fresh jalapeno pepper1 tbs olive oil2 chicken bullion cubes1 tbsp fresh cilantro
chop and dice meat add salt and one cube bullion to meat. brown in olive oil.
boil tomatoes and jalapenos in water until soft.
when vegetables soft, put them in a blender add the other cube of chicken bullion, 1/8" thick sliced onion, cilantro and 1/2 cup of water, blend until liquid consistency (milkshake like thick).
add sauce to meat and let simmer for about 5 min.
