Crock Pot Flank Steak

6 oz bag baby carrots3 - 4 potatoes peeled and quartered1 Onion peeled and sliced2 lbs Flank Steak1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 cup Red WIne2 cups Beef BrothFavorite Beef Rub
Sear flank steak on all sides in large saute or grill pan. I spray a little Pam in pan before searing. Okay to cut into 2 -3 pieces so flank steak will fit. When seared remove from pan and set aside on plate. While pan is still hot pour 1/2 cup red wine into pan to de-glaze .
Next, place onions, carrots, and potatoes in crock pot and pour red wine sauce over them. Pour in cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Place your flank steak on top. Put the lid on a cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours
