Ingredients
8 Cups Cauliflower (1 Head)1/8 Cup Lite Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Truvia1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
1. Chop cauliflower into small florets.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a large bowl and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 450 F.
4. Place on aluminum foil lined rimmed baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
