Spicy Pecan Protein Pancakes or Waffles

1/2 cup oats1/2 cup liquid egg whites1 scoop of whey protein (I use vanilla)1 TBSP splenda1/2 cup greek yogurt1 tsp baking powderpinch of salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a food processor (or blender) blend oats till powdery. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and then add in the wet, process until blended. If making pancakes add a bit of soy milk to thin batter down some. Put in hot waffle iron or griddle till done, just like a regular pancake or waffle. Delicious with the laughing cow cinnamon spread and low calorie or calorie free syrup :)
