Ingredients
Separate eggs.Be sure to use all purpose flour. Sift dry ingredients together.Melt butterBeat egg whites until stiffPreheat treated waffle iron
Directions
Beat egg yolks, add milk, melted butter and vanilla and beat. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites until thoroughly blended. Pour enough batter onto waffle iron to bake one full waffle, but not run over during cooking process.
