chuck steak (1.5 lb)2 packets Sazon Goya1 Tsp Goya Adobo1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper powder0.5 cup of Vinegar (clear or Cider)4 tsp Garlic powder3 tbsp. Onion powder1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Directions
mix all ingredients, after cleaning the steak of course, produces a nice little marinade...let sit for a bit, then place into oven (already heated to 400)...
