Panko buffalo chicken bites

Ingredients
2lbs Chicken (cube)1 cup Panko1/4 cup Flour1/2 cup Franks redhot or your favorite hot sauce
Directions
Pat chicken dry with a papertowel
Cube chicken
Dust with flour
Dip in hot sauce
Toss in panko

Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 mins

Use the wet dry hand/dry hand method to minimize mess:
Toss chicken into flour with wet hand
Coat with the dry hand
Toss dusted chicken into sauce with dry hand
Coat with wet hand
Toss sauced chicken into panko with wet hand
Coat with dry hand
Place on baking sheet with dry hand
