Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
1 pound bag of carrots, peeled and cut into chunks3 Tbsp butter, cut in 1 Tbsp patssprinkle a little saltsprinkle a little sugar
Directions
Peel, wash, and cut carrots into similar size chunks or slices (not too small to prevent breaking and mashing while cooking).

Put in medium pot. Add water to just cover carrots, a little less is ok, will give a firmer texture to cooked carrots and decrease cooking time.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until most of water is absorbed and evaporated off.

Let sit a few minutes and stir before serving.
