1 bottle champange2 garlic cloves3 tsp chicken broth seasoning1 small onion.
Mince Garlic & chop onion. Simmer champagne add chopped garlic & onion. Add chicken broth seasoning. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add meat per liking ex chicken for scallops. I like to cook down the sauce for about 1 hour so add meat to cook for the amount of time it needs to cook during the last hour of simmering.
