1 1/2 cups each chopped broccoli, bell peppers, and baby portabello mushrooms, chopped.3/4 cup chopped onions3 cloves garlic minced1/2 stick unsalted butter8 slices of American cheese1 thawed 9" pie crust8 large eggs, beaten well
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Farenheit with rack at the uppermost setting. Chop all your vegetables. Melt butter in a large skillet and saute them until soft. Place crust in pie plate. Start building the quiche by putting cheese as evenly as possible at the bottom of the crust, layer in the vegetables, top with the egg. Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden and eggs are firm.
