3/4 cup of Multigrain Pancake mix1/3 cup of wheat bran2 Tbsp of flaxseed1 c water
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl
Heat pan on medium heat, spray with olive oil
Cook until bubbles start to form, flip and remove
