Sugar free corn bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup corn meal1 1/4 cup flour2 tbls stevia= 6 packets or 1/4 cup sugar2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt (optional) did not use1 cup milk1/3 cup egg substitute (1 egg)1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Grease 8 or 9 inch round pan. Blend all dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients until all are moist. Pour into greased pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes until cake tester or toothpickinserted into center comes out clean.
