3 eggs1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese1 tbsp. 1% milk1tbsp. minced onion2 slices canadian bacon1 tsp. taco seasoning
Directions
In a small bowl, whip the eggs, milk, and taco seasoning. Add the onion, canadian bacon. Put in a hot skillet and flip.
