Lemon Blueberry Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour1/2 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 carton (8 oz) lemon yogurt1 egg, lightly beaten1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)1 tsp grated lemon peel1 cup fresh or frozen blue berriesGLAZE:1/2 cup icing sugar1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
Directions
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine yogurt, egg, coconut oil and lemon peel; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a baking dish covered in parchment paper.

Bake 400 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm biscuits.
