4-4oz tilapia filets2 Tbsp butter3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)1 Tsp parsley1 Tbsp cayenne peppersalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic and parsley on low heat. While the garlic is cooking, rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels. Place fillets in baking dish and season with pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Pour lemon juice over fillets.
Drizzle garlic butter over the fish.
Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, you just have to watch them.
