Lean Ground beeftomatoes choppedonions choppedcheddar cheese shreddedprovolone cheese slicesiceberg lettuce
brown and drain your ground beef
dice the tomatoes and onions
shred the cheddar cheese
cut up the lettuce
Taco shells:
lay parchment paper on a cookie sheet, spray with olive oil spray.
overlap the cheese on one edge to make a long piece of cheese, melt until it turns slightly brown.
Lay parchment paper over a big rolling pin and use a spatchula to transfer the cheese to the rolling pin. Lay across length wise until cooled.
Assemble your taco and eat.
