Beef Stroganoff by (JUDEMIG)

Ingredients
2 lbs. petite sirloinl lb. fresh sliced mushroomsl large onion sliced in strips4 bouilllon cubesl tlbsp. catsup6 or more minced garlic cloves (fresh better)3 tbsp. flour5 tbsp. butteroptional l/2 tsp, saltfresh ground pepper8 oz. low fat sour creaml can Campbell's Consommee' SoupDill Weed 1-2 tbsps. to taste
Directions
Cut eat into small strips' Melt butter, add meat and sear quickly. Remove meat, set aside. Add onions, mushrooms, garlic and saute till onions golden. Remove from heat: add catsup, boulion cubes, salt, pepper. Stir in flour, place back on heat and slowly add can of Consommee stirring constantly. Add meat and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add sour cream and dill weed.
