Banana loaf

Ingredients
1 cup mashed banana (about 3)1 tsp baking soda2 large eggs1/4 cup margarine1 cup brown sugar1 1/2 cups flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mash banana's and soda together. Beat eggs. Cream Margarine and sugar and add eggs 1/2 at a time while beating. Stir in banana mixture. Add flour baking pwder and 1/4 tsp salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 16 slices in a loaf pan
