Green Beans with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 onion, diced3 tbsp parsley500g green beans (fresh or frozen)salt and pepper to taste2 tbsp tomato paste1 tsp sugar
Directions
In medium saucepan heat oil and saute onion and parsley until soft. Add green beans and saute 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste,tomato paste, and sugar. Stir to combine. Add enough water to cover the beans and boil for 30-40 min until they are soft, adding water as needed. Water should be minimal when the beans are done.
