Crockpot Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats1 tsp chia seeds2 cups almond milk2 cups water1teaspoon vanillaseasoning to taste such as cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.
Directions
place ingredients in crock pot and stir.
Cook on high 1.5 hours.
Stir and cover.
Turn off crock pot and let stand overnight
When you get up in morning, stir and serve
