1 large Onion - chopped1 medium Green pepper - chopped1 clove Garlic - minced1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil2 cups Water1 1/2 cups Elbow Macaroni (dry - not cooked)2 - 16oz cans Bush's Chili Beans Mild Sauce (3.5 cups)1 - 14.5 oz can Hunts Diced Tomatoe (basil,garlid,oregano ) - No Salt Added1 - 8 oz can Hunts Tomatoe Sauce4 tsp Chili Powder1 tsp Cumin, ground1/2 cup Daisy Lite Sour Cream (for topping)
1. In a 5 quart pot , sautee onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT sour cream.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook 20 min.
4. Serve 1 1/4 cup toped with 1 Tbsp sour crean.
