Banana Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.5 cup, unthawed Egg white, fresh, 2 large Aria Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder (2 scoops), 1 serving Oats, .25 cup
Directions
Mash ripe banana, let sit.
Add 2 scoops protein powder, stir.
Add 2 egg whites, stir.
Add 0.25 cup oat flour or oats (depends on texture you want), stir.
Add blueberries, stir.

Heat non-stick skillet. Can add a spray of cooking oil (add to tracker if you do).

Serving Size: Makes 4 small or 2 large pancakes
