Spiced Candied Walnuts

8 oz of Walnuts (a bit over 2 cups)2 Tbsp of Agave nectar (or use honey)1 Tbsp water1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground.25 tsp cayenne pepper.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Preheat oven to 320F.
Put the rest of the ingredients in a large Tupperware container and shake vigorously for a couple minutes.
Spread mixture onto a large foil-lined baking sheet (spray with a bit of cooking spray first).
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool completely and divide into 16 servings (about 100 calories each)
