Apple & Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
2 Medium Apples 2 Stalks of Celery (diced)1/4 cup Craisins3 oz Broccoli Florets (approximately 2 1/2 cups)1 Tbls Lemon Juice1/8 cup Honey roasted Sunflower Seeds4 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream1 1/2 Tbsp Kraft Reduced Fat Mayonnaise4 tsp granulated sugar (you can also use a sugar substitute)
Directions
Cut apples into small bite sized pieces. Add to mixing bowl and toss with lemon juice. Cut broccoli florets into small bite sized pieces and add to bowl along with diced celery, craisins and sunflower seeds. In small bowl mix sour cream, mayo, and sugar together then add to apple broccoli mixture. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
