shrimp coconut soup

Ingredients
1.5 cup coconut milk2 - 3 cups water to cover ingredients2 tbsp lime juice1 tsp brown sugar1 tsp fish sauce1 tsp fresh ginger1 tsp japanese 7 spice (red pepper flakes, seaweed, etc)2 cups spagetti squash1 cup fresh spinach.25 cup snap peas1 green onion6 oz cooked shrimpsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Add everything except shrimp and simmer 12 minutes or so to blend flavors. Add frozen (no tail) shrimp 2 minutes before you wish to serve.

Serving Size: 4 bowls about 1 cups each
