Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
2lbs ground beef1 cup oatmeal dry4 egg whites1 cup chopped onions
Directions
Mix all. Place into muffin tins sprayed with PAM. Cook at 350 until cooked through. Top with sauce of choice...not added in recipe.
