Celina's Black Bean Sweet potato soup

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans, organic1 Sweet potato chopped1/2 cup Brown Rice, medium grainSun Dried Tomatoes, 6 pieces, sliced thick Low Sodium Chicken Broth 3 cupsWater, tap, 1 cup 2 or 3 bay leaves1/2 tsp oreganogarlic 1-2 cloves diced1/8 purple onionsalt, pepper & dried chilis to taste
Directions
Throw everything in the slow cooker and cook on high for about 4 hours until the rice is done. Add cumin, cinnamon, chili powder and salt for last 1/2 hour, to taste. I used about 1/4 TBSP of each.
