Chicken, Rice and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts1 Cup Brown Rice (dry)3 Cups steamed broccoli1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/4 Cup Light Mayo1 Tbsp. Curry powder 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese to top
Directions
Boil Chicken Breasts (about 20 minutes) and shred.
Cook Rice in 1 qt. of boiling water, drain
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients but cheese.
Pour into 9 by 13 casserole dish, top with chees
Bake for 30 minuts at 350.
