Skinny chicken pesto bake

Ingredients
1 cup pesto1 clove garlic1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated2.5 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper to taste2 chicken breasts1 medium tomato6 tbsp mozzarella cheese2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
combine first 5 in a food processor and set aside. (you will only need 4tsp for this recipe you can freeze the rest)

cut chicken breasts in half horizontal to make 4 cutlets
preheat oven to 400

line sheet with foil and lay chicken on top of foil. Place 1tsp of pesto on each chicken breast. Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven and lay tomatoes on top of chicken along with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
