Chicken peppers and onions

Ingredients
1 tbsp cilantro2 tbsp sofrito1 tbsp olive oil1 lb boneless chicken1 red pepper1 green pepper1 onion1 clove garlic
Directions
saute peppers and onions in oil for about 5-7 minutes then add chicken, garlic, cilantro and sofrito. Cook until chicken is done. Our family serves it over white rice.
