1 10 pond boneless Boston Butt Pork RoastSaltPepperHoneyGarlic PowderCinnamon Red HotsApples 2 cups sliced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Put all seasonings in a bowl. Rinse pork roast and place in Baking dish fat side up.
Pierce holes all over the roast Liberally rub spices all over the roast.
Next, fill the holes in the roast with Red Hots and cover the top of the roast with apple slices.
Put the roast into your preheated oven and allow to sear for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue cooking it for about 3 to 4 hours.
