2.5 cups (600 ml) Red Wine Vinegar2.5 cups (600 ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard1 tablespoon Italian Seasonings1 clove garlic, minced1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Put vinegar, mustard, seasonings, garlic, and onion in food processor or blender and process for about one minute. Slowly pour in olive oil - while processing - until well blended. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.
