Ingredients:Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1.5 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)Salt, .5 tspCinnamon, ground, .5 tspNutmeg, ground, .25 tspBaking Soda, .5 tspBaking Powder, 1.5 tspBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (diced)Brown Sugar, 2/3 cup, unpackedEgg, fresh, 2 largeYogurt, plain, low fat, .75 cupFlax Seed, 3 tbsp
Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl, pour into the large bowl and mix well. You may have to add a little water, if the mixture seems dry. Pour into regular muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes.
