turkey pocket - from crescent rolls

2 cans reduced fat crescent rolls (like Pillsbury)6-8 oz left over turkey1 cup low fat cream cheesechives to taste
in food processer, combine turkey, cream cheese and chives. Unroll one can of crescent rolls onto baking sheet. Distribute mixture onto rolls and use the other can of crescent rolls to cover. Pinch sides of each to make triangular pocket sandwiches. Bake at temp and time directed on roll can. recommend unbaking a bit if you wish to freeze and reheat later.
